Just a footnote, I have been able to get my system working properly, but not from any help from Windy Nation. They never responded to my latest attempt for a solution to the problem. I was able to fix the problem on my own (with some help from Youtube).

I purchased my complete system in July and still not working. I have contacted Windy Nation on several different occasions.

No one ever answers the phone, half the time no one calls back after leaving a message. I have explained that I am not familiar with solar systems and that it all sounds like Greek to me. They tell me to do this and and to do that and I don't have a clue what they are talking about.

The people at Windy Nation need to take into account that not all people are experienced enough to know what they are talking about. In other words, how about using layman terms, or better yet how about taking the time to walk someone through the troubleshooting that you request.

Product or Service Mentioned: Windy Nation Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service, Whole experience.
